This Privacy policy does not apply to other Internet and non-Internet projects and products or Service of Complytics Solutions. Complytics Solutions retains the right to change the provisions of this Privacy policy at its discretion; therefore, when visiting this website, the User has the responsibility to make sure that they are familiar with the newest version of the Privacy policy which shall be applicable every time the User visits the website.

Some of the data contained on the website, which Complytics Solutions receives directly from the User and/or public information files, can be considered personal data and therefore will be processed by Complytics Solutions in accordance with the law and other legislation of the Republic of Latvia and these Privacy policy provisions.
    2. Complytics Solutions may use cookies on the website. Cookies are small files sent to the User's web browser and stored on their computer's hard drive. Cookies are sent to the User's computer the first time they visit the website. Later, cookies are used to identify the User's computer and facilitate their access to the website, or the information contained therein. The User can consent for cookies to be used.       1. Record administration and Service provision;
      2. Display relevant offers and ads, if any;
      3. Service improvement and new features’ development;

All the information comprising User's personal data will not be transferred to any third parties without User's consent, unless applicable legal acts require otherwise, or it is necessary to provide the Service. Complytics Solutions retains the right to hire other people at its discretion, if necessary, to carry out certain functions on behalf of Complytics Solutions. In order to carry out the functions assigned to such people, some of the User's information may be made available to them. However, mentioned people cannot use this information for any purposes other than to perform functions that have been assigned to them.
  3. Access to Personal data, its Correction and Refusal

    1. The subject of personal data has the right to demand to be acquainted with personal data stored by Complytics Solutions, learn how it’s processed and request to submit such data to them.
    2. The subject of personal data has the right to demand Complytics Solutions to correct all their personal data free of charge. The subject of personal data has also the right to refuse to have their personal data managed and disclosed to third parties, except when it is necessary to provide services.
    3. Request for access, correction and refusal may be sent by email at info@complytics.solutions. In the request the User must indicate their name and associated data.
    4. Complytics Solutions has a right to demand proof of identity in event a User has requested any alterations to their profile according to Clause 3.3.
    5. Complytics Solutions has a right to refuse requests for alterations to a Record according to Clause 3.3. in event of the following occurrences, including but not limited to:

      1. Request is unlawful;
      2. Request might infringe on trade secrets or intellectual property of another User;
      3. Request might infringe on the privacy of another User.
  4. Data Protection measures

    1. Complytics Solutions takes reasonable measures in order to protect information and data provided by Users through physical, technical and organizational security measures.
    2. Complytics Solutions has a right to suspend the use of the Service without notice if it suspects or detects any breach of security.
    3. The User is obliged to inform Complytics Solutions immediately if they believe their information is no longer secure.
  5. Information storage term

    1. Complytics Solutions stores personal information for the period needed to conclude the legitimate business purposes and as permitted by applicable law.
    2. If a User has requested a Record deletion process, Complytics Solutions removes the Record from the Service. Record information will be stored for the period of 1 year for the safety retention purpose.
    3. After safety retention period has passed, Complytics Solutions deletes the Record, except of the following cases:

      1. Complytics Solutions must keep information to comply with applicable law;
      2. Complytics Solutions must keep information as evidence of compliance with applicable law, such as history of consents that must be stored for 5 (five) years;
      3. If there is an outstanding claim or dispute that requires storing relevant information, until resolved;
      4. Fraud prevention and enabling Users’ safety and security.
  6. Children’s Privacy

    1. Service restricted to persons of 18 years of age or older.
    2. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Service. Complytics Solutions does not collect personal information from such individuals knowingly. If a User suspects another user of age restriction violation, they are encouraged to report it to info@complytics.solutions.
